Improvements to opening hyperlinks from rich text fields

*As a* TM4J User, *I want* to be able to open Hyperlinks within Rich Text fields by simply clicking on the links *So that* I can click the hyperlink and not have to go into edit mode and click ""*open link*" to open my links.
